I teach a Hatha based style of Yoga including gentle flows. We move mindfully from one Asana to the next, creating more and more space within our bodies and connecting with our breath. Including Pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
Yin Yoga
In Yin Yoga we hold poses for a longer period of time with a passive approach. This way we’re able to reach deeper layers of the body like the facia and connective tissue. The body becomes softer and it allows us to unwind, restore and calm our mind and nervous system.
Yoga Nidra
Often referred to as the “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra doesn’t include any physical practice. Only by following my instructions you’re guided in a very deep, sleep like state. It’s the perfect way of finding deep relaxation and letting go.
Meditation
Meditation teaches us to focus our mind and create a state of inner peace. It’s about becoming the quiet observer of our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. This can help us to get to know ourselves better, enhance concentration, creativity, inspiration and life force.
