Yoga with Lucia
Yoga is my way of coming home to myself. Of reconnecting with my body, mind and soul. Of finding stillness within me, becoming present and arriving in the Now moment. This practice of mindfulness not only impacts how I relate to myself, but generally how I interact with my surroundings. It helps me to go through life with more ease and to face the small and big challenges of life with more grace, humility and stability. Yoga is far more than a physical practice: Its’ sacred wisdom can be a guideline for living a good and peaceful life. The regular practice of Asanas, Pranayama and meditation not only strengthens your physical body but also creates more flexibility mentally. This way I realized again and again, that real peace is most of all found within myself. Yoga has become an essential part of my life and it’s my heart’s desire to share and teach this knowledge.
Meine Faszination für Yoga begann schon in Jugendjahren und so beschloss ich, noch während meines Studiums eine Yogalehrerausbildung zu absolvieren. Dazu kamen in den letzten Jahren einige Zusatzausbildungen.

About me:
I’m a free spirit and very open minded! I love connecting with nature, being out in forests and hiking mountains. Traveling has been an integral part of my life over the last few years. Backpacking around the globe, getting out of my comfort zone and getting to know foreign cultures excites me. I’m very much into spirituality, I love reading, music, singing, sound baths and gathering with like minded people.
Yoga is my passion and next to meditation part of my essential daily routine.
